A 5.5 km road with erosion-control facilities. It is one of several major road and environmental projects.

This project built a 5.5-kilometre network of 11 internal roads at Udo Inwang, in the Ewet Offot area of Uyo, together with erosion control and land reclamation.
The area had been badly damaged by the Uyo to Ewet ravine. Udo Inwang Street had collapsed at its junction with Etim Okon Usanga Street, cutting off homes. Under Governor Pastor Umo Eno, the Akwa Ibom State Government reclaimed the gully and made the area passable again, and then built the new road network.
The roads were commissioned on 9 September 2026, as part of the projects marking the state's 39th anniversary.
The work is meant to protect land and homes in an erosion-prone part of the capital, give residents safe access to their streets next to the ARISE Palm Resort built on the reclaimed gully, in line with the ARISE Agenda.

Protecting land from erosion protects what people have invested in homes and shops. The road is meant to give the area better access for transport and trade.
