The record

Governor Umo Eno took office on 29 May 2023. Since then, his administration has carried out projects in all 31 Local Government Areas under the ARISE Agenda.

Umo Eno Legacy brings those projects together in one place. Choose your LGA to see what has been done there: roads, schools, health centres, homes, water, markets and support for people. Each project shows where it is, how far it has gone, and photographs of the work.

Why this site exists

People should be able to see what their government has done in their own community, without waiting to be told.

Projects are announced at different times and in different places. This site keeps them together, LGA by LGA, so anyone can look them up today and in the years to come.

The plan behind the projects

The ARISE Agenda

The Governor's development plan has five parts. Every project on this site sits under one of them.

Akwa Ibom people hired us to work and we came prepared to roll our sleeves and work for the continuous growth and development of our people.

How the record works

  1. Matched to the global goals

Every project is linked to the UN Sustainable Development Goals it serves. Each LGA page shows how many projects back each goal.

  2. Open to everyone

Anyone can see what their government has done, in line with Goal 16 on open and accountable institutions.

  3. The same details for every project

What was done, where, how far it has gone and who it serves, with photographs.

  4. Clear status labels

A project is called finished only when it has been completed or commissioned.

  5. Only confirmed facts

Dates, costs and contractors appear only when confirmed. If a detail is not known, it is left out.

  6. Open to correction

Every project page has a "Suggest a correction" button. Each suggestion is checked before anything changes.
