A 50-unit judiciary village or quarters. Construction is ongoing.

The Judiciary Village is a housing estate for judicial officers along Idongesit Nkanga Avenue (Ring Road III) in Uyo. It has 50 housing units and is being built by the Akwa Ibom State Government under Governor Pastor Umo Eno.
The Governor first announced an estate for judges at the opening of the 2024/2025 legal year. He flagged off construction on 31 May 2025. He said the village reflects his belief in inclusive governance and the important role of the judiciary in the state's development. The Chief Judge, Justice Ekaette Obot, described him as a promise keeper.
The estate is meant to give judges a safe and secure place to live so they can carry out their duties without worry. Construction is ongoing.
It is part of a wider plan to house public officers, alongside residences for local government chairmen and planned quarters for legislators and members of the State Executive Council, in line with the ARISE Agenda.

The project provides construction jobs while it lasts. Official housing can also reduce what the state spends over time on accommodating officers.
