The Nduetong Oku - Ibiaku Uruan - Ekit Itam Road is an 8.5-kilometre road linking Nduetong Oku, Ibiaku Uruan and Ekit Itam. It runs from Uruan Local Government Area toward Itam on the Itu side, and includes a bridge with a 60-metre span.
The road was inherited from an earlier administration, and work has continued under Governor Pastor Umo Eno. Work is ongoing. The road bed has been lined with concrete and graders are working on the gravel base.
The road is meant to give the communities a shorter, all-season link between Uruan and Itu, and to help farmers and traders reach markets. It fits the ARISE Agenda's aim of completing inherited projects and connecting rural areas.

A road with a bridge on this route can open a shorter way for goods between Uruan and its neighbours. The inherited roads, with their bridge works, are improving rural links across the area.
