Government Model Primary School, Ewet Offot is a public primary school in the Ewet Offot area of Uyo. The Akwa Ibom State Government rebuilt and upgraded it under Governor Pastor Umo Eno's model primary schools programme.
The programme began in July 2023, when the Governor declared a state of emergency on primary education and ordered the repair and upgrade of public primary schools. Christ the King Primary School in Uyo was the first model, and the plan has been repeated across the senatorial districts and federal constituencies of the state.
The rebuilt school at Ewet Offot has improved classrooms, a better learning environment and facilities to support teaching and learning. It was commissioned in May 2024, together with Christ the King Model Primary School, Uyo.
The school is meant to give children in Ewet Offot a safe and modern place to learn close to home, raise enrolment and improve results, in line with the education pillar of the ARISE Agenda.

A strong public school in the community saves parents the cost of looking for schooling elsewhere. It also builds the skills of the next generation of workers.
