About the project
The Nung Udoe to Afaha Offiong to Enen Nsit Road is a road project in Nsit Ibom Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State. It links Nung Udoe, Afaha Offiong and Enen Nsit.
The work is ongoing. The road surface has been graded and drains are in place along the route.
Afaha Offiong is the headquarters of Nsit Ibom LGA and the site of the Model Primary School. The road is meant to give the communities along it a better link to the council headquarters, schools, markets and health care.
When finished, the road is expected to cut travel time, make travel safer and support trade and farming in the area. It fits the ARISE Agenda's aim of opening up communities across the state.
