About the project
The 6.0-kilometre Oduo Ebughu to Udesi Isong Inyang Road is a rural road project in Mbo Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State. It is meant to link the Ebughu and Udesi areas of Mbo and give these communities a better route to nearby towns.
The road is being built by the Akwa Ibom State Government under the ARISE Agenda of Governor Pastor Umo Eno. Work is ongoing. So far, a concrete drain has been built and earthworks have been carried out along the route.
When finished, the road is expected to make it easier for farmers, fishermen and traders to move goods to market, and for residents to reach schools, health centres and the council headquarters at Enwang.
