2.1 kilometres of internal roads at Obong University. The state government has constructed them, and they ease movement within the campus.

This project is 2.1 kilometres of internal access roads at Obong University in Obong Ntak, Etim Ekpo Local Government Area. Obong University is a private university founded in 2007.
The roads were built by the Akwa Ibom State Government under Governor Pastor Umo Eno. Work was ongoing when a state team inspected it in October 2025. The roads are now completed and were commissioned in September 2026.
The roads link the university's buildings and make its facilities easier to reach for students, staff and visitors.
The new roads are meant to give the university a better place to study and work, and to support education and jobs in Obong Ntak and the wider Etim Ekpo area, in line with the ARISE Agenda.

The roads are linked to the overall development of the university. A campus that is easier to reach and move around in can also help the small businesses that serve students and staff.
