Construction of a 1.35km main access road to the estate. It is a paved two-lane road with road markings and a roadside drain.

This is the 1.35-kilometre main access and internal road network of the Dakkada Global Oil Palm Estate at Etebi in Esit Eket Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State. The estate, formerly known as Akwa Palms Estate, spans communities in Esit Eket, Urue-Offong/Oruko and Mbo.
The road was built by the Akwa Ibom State Government under the supervision of the Ministry of Works and Fire Service, with Jeoshkay Limited named as contractor. It is a paved two-lane road with an asphalt surface on a stone base, drains on both sides, three culverts and road markings.
The road gives trucks, workers and farmers easier access to the plantation. It is meant to ease the movement of seedlings, fertiliser and other inputs into the estate and of palm fruit and oil out to markets.
It supports the state's effort to bring the estate back into full production, which is expected to raise palm oil output and create jobs for young people in the host communities, in line with the agriculture goals of the ARISE Agenda.
The road was commissioned on 11 September 2026 as Day 11 of the 39 projects marking the 39th anniversary of Akwa Ibom State. Ambassador Assam Assam, Director-General of Campaigns, represented Governor Pastor Umo Eno.

An assessment of the impact of these accomplishments on the people and communities.
The road gives the people of Etebi a paved route past the estate.
The access road is tied to the revival of the plantation. A paved road lets vehicles get in and out of the estate, which is needed to move palm produce.
