About the project

This project is a 2.97-kilometre network of internal roads in Nduo Eduo, a village in Eket Local Government Area. Nduo Eduo is also home to the ARISE Model Health Centre.

The Akwa Ibom State Government has set aside N300 million for the internal roads in its 2026 budget. The contractor and start date have not been published, and its status has not yet been confirmed.

The roads are expected to make it easier for residents to move within the village and to reach the health centre, schools and the rest of Eket. They form part of the Eket road programme under Governor Pastor Umo Eno's ARISE Agenda.
