About the project
The Ikot Udota to Ikot Afaha Road is a 2-kilometre road that links two villages in Eket Local Government Area.
The road was first listed among Governor Udom Emmanuel's projects in Eket in 2018. Governor Umo Eno's administration took it up again and listed it in 2025 among the road projects the state is building by direct labour and intervention.
The road has been tarred. Its completion and commissioning have not yet been announced.
The road is expected to make daily travel easier for people in Ikot Udota, Ikot Afaha and nearby villages, and to help them reach markets, schools and health centres.
